Project Inquiry

Begin with clarity. Build with intention.

Adorn Interiors accepts a limited number of engagements to preserve principal oversight, design quality, procurement discipline, and project continuity. Every inquiry is reviewed for scope, timing, location, investment alignment, decision readiness, and fit with the firm’s capabilities.

Select Your Inquiry Path

Choose the pathway that most closely reflects your property or organization.

Each inquiry is designed to gather the information needed for a responsible initial assessment. Submission does not create an engagement or guarantee project availability.

Who Should Submit an Inquiry

Designed for clients prepared to make considered decisions.

Adorn is best suited for clients who value principal involvement, clear communication, thoughtful design direction, documented decisions, realistic investment planning, and a structured path from concept through procurement and implementation.

Defined property or opportunity

You own, lease, are acquiring, or are authorized to make decisions for the property or space under consideration.

Identified decision-makers

The individuals responsible for approving scope, investment, design decisions, and implementation are known and prepared to participate.

Realistic investment expectations

You understand that professional fees, furnishings, materials, procurement, delivery, installation, labor, and related implementation costs are separate project considerations.

Commitment to a structured process

You are prepared to follow an organized review, scope, concept, approval, procurement, and implementation process rather than an informal shopping or sourcing arrangement.

Geographic Service Area

Greater Houston-based, with select projects considered beyond Texas.

Adorn primarily serves Katy, West Houston, Fulshear, Memorial, River Oaks, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and surrounding Greater Houston markets. Select Phoenix-area, remote advisory, procurement, and out-of-market engagements may be considered based on scope, timing, travel requirements, and strategic fit.

Projects outside the primary service area may require travel fees, scheduled site visits, local trade coordination, remote-review protocols, or a modified scope of engagement.
Inquiry & Review Process

Submission is the beginning of the review—not an automatic booking.

Each inquiry is reviewed to determine whether the property, scope, investment expectations, timeline, location, and required level of support align with the firm’s current capabilities and availability.

01

Submit

Complete the appropriate questionnaire with accurate property, scope, timing, and investment information.

02

Review

Adorn evaluates fit, feasibility, readiness, service needs, geographic considerations, and current availability.

03

Invitation

Qualified prospects may receive a private link to schedule a preliminary project discovery call.

04

Next Stage

Appropriate projects may proceed to consultation, feasibility review, scope development, or proposal preparation.

Response standard: Inquiries are generally reviewed within two business days. Complex, out-of-market, institutional, or multi-stakeholder submissions may require additional review. Incomplete questionnaires may delay or prevent evaluation.

Professional scope

Submission does not create a client relationship, engagement, fiduciary relationship, or duty to act. Adorn provides interior design direction, procurement strategy, project stewardship, and property-focused interior advisory within the scope established by a written agreement. Adorn does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, architectural, engineering, or general contracting services.
